Jeff was quick to answer questions and provide information. The bass arrived well packed / protected and it's EXACTLY as was described. FedEx lost track of the package and missed their estimated delivery date with tracking information at a standstill online (this was a FedEx issue - Jeff handled the shipping process without error). Jeff and I worked together to get a trace on the package and escalate the issue with FedEx. As a result the package was located and delivery was delayed no more than 2 days. Again - I couldn't be more pleased with the way Jeff handled this transaction, from my first inquiry right through the day it arrived. Thanks Jeff!
