I have a Nordstrand preamp that I bought new in November that I've had in my Lakland Hollowbody. I just decided to go with an all passive setup to match my other basses and want to pass this along. Great preamp. Very natural and transparent sounding! I have been running it at 9V.
I paid $168 for it and have it totally optimized it with just about every option you could want. It's set up for two pickups. Controls are:
All you have to do is solder in your pickup leads... and if you are in NYC or Brooklyn, I'll even install it for you.
