This is a very lightly used Nordy Big Blade Man pickup in the 5 string MM soapbar shape configuration.
In my honest opinion, this is the most amazing pickup I've ever played. The output is insane! They recommend you don't actually run it in series because it is so massive. But I've done it (well, series and parallel with a switch) and it's breathtaking. There is so much clarity and just beautiful sound that emanates from it, I was almost in tears.
If I had a project for this currently, rest assured, I'd use it. But the time has come to clean out the stash and since it's not spoken for, I'm putting it on the market.
