Up for sale only (No Trades, sorry) is an amazing custom NYC Sadowsky I put together (7-month wait and all) with Roger. Its personally hand picked Master Grade Flame Maple Top under that glassy candy clear coat finish & Master Grade Fretboard.
I made a special request that it be a single one piece solid non-chambered Ash body that would come out to be a total weight of approx. 8.5lbs. Roger nailed it!
She sounds amazing. The notes jump off this bass with authority in typical Ash/Maple Sadowsky punchy fashion... but this NYC is special due to the non-chambered solid single piece ash body, she really punches, hard! Most NYC's are chambered... this is just my opinion but Ive always been a fan of the non-chambered ash sound more... to me its more solid and fundamental.
Its in mint condition as this was never gigged with. Seriously show room condition, if not better. No scratches, dings, etc... she is an essentially new bass guys, I can't stress this enough. This stayed in my practice room / office at all times / smoke free home.
Specs: 8.6lbs - weight perfection for a non-chambered 4 string.
