Proud owner of a nearly useless BSX EUB. Shipped in a thin box with almost no padding against the endpin. I'll either have to put even more money into this to make it playable or sell it at a loss. Not exactly a bass 'in excellent condition'. Just saw today for the first time that the wooden extension that creates the 'bout' effect so it feels like an upright bass is broken as well. Probably happened in shipping as well.

NEVER, EVER trust UPS/FedEx/etc to know who to ship something like this. They did a fine job protecting the headstock but absolutely crapped the bed on the endpin.
