How much was getting it plekd isn't that more money than your asking for the whole bass?

Good question. I think if you buy the instrument new from Sweetwater, which the first owner did, they give you a break on the PLEK cost. Probably cost 2-300 dollars?

If you could play it, you'd want it. Poor man's Spector for the 35" 5 string fan.

Great bass; have a fretless version and it plays lovely. Beats the vast majority of $900+ basses I’ve tried. Sounds gorgeous too.

Can't say I've ever been overly tempted by Schecters for the most part, but that's a pretty cool bass.:cool:

I took a risk on this as I have never even Played a Schecter bass and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice instrument, if it were a 4 it would be staying with me.

You call it a "poor man's Spector", and it definitely looks to have similar body ergonomics...

I like the inlays too...never used to be a fan of blocks, but they have grown on me the past couple of years, and Schecter added their own twist by offsetting 'em...cool...

Yea it is a unique design and I was quick to adjust to it. The ergonomics and EMG PJ sure cop the feel and Spector tone. Decent sustain for a bolt on neck too. Overall, a solid, lightweight 5er that can hang with other expensive basses.

Trade considerations: lightweight vintage neck spec'd Js and 35" four strings
