Details

Basically new. Bought from TB, played a few times in my apartment, never gigged or even traveled. Just not playing anymore and I'd rather consolidate to my one keeper bass and use the money for other hobbies/parenthood. I'm at work, but I'll put up pictures later.

Previous seller thread can be found here, with pictures:

SOLD - Sire V7 5 String White Alder/RW

Will ship in the original Sire gig bag, with the added perk of a GruvGear neck mute.

$500 + actual shipping

No trades, unless you have pew pew stuff.

This is back up for sale.

The buyer returned the bass due to a "stripped truss rod nut." I have yet to receive the bass to inspect the issue, but wanted to open the thread back up regardless to see if anyone had any interest. If it is stripped, it seems to be a relatively simple fix... though it could be worse than described. I never adjusted the bass, nor did the previous owner, so I never noticed the issue. It plays perfectly fine, but if you wished to adjust the issue, it might become a topic of discussion.

UPDATE: NO ISSUE FOUND

Regardless, if it isn't of value to anyone, I'll try to play it more... I'd just rather it be at a loving home where it'll see some use!

A stripped truss rod is actually pretty common on Sires. Unfortunately that means you need a new neck.
