I had to enlarge the holes for the pots and slightly carve the PCB to get one in my old Euro. I had installed the mighty mite version. Not sure if this one is differently sized, but the photo looks similar. The upgrade was worth it
You will have to open the holes up just slightly for the knob shafts.. and remove a very very small amount in the control cavity maybe. The Euro cavity is a tad smaller than in the USA Woodstock basses in general.. I had it in a CRFM and it took me all of about 15 minutes to get it in there..
And if you have noticed, I have left the wires that go to the jack in place. I didn't remove them.. so you will just have to connect the pups and the bridge ground (if you are using passive pups).
