I have an evidence that seller told me that he will give me to refund $200 because seller's item condition did not like with condition that he claimed before I will did the payment to him.


1. In the first (Before I will do payment),Seller claimed that "The bass is in good condition. No dings or cracks. Neck's in great shape and truss rod 100%".

2.After I already done the payment (before seller send the item).He told me " I noticed a few dings when I was ready to ship the bass out. They're on the clear coat but wanted to let you know"

3.After that seller ask to give me the choice between "Fix item" or "Refund $200 (From $2650 to $2450) and I told him that I select the refund.

4.After he told me that he will refund me the money,He never do it until now I still not any refund from him and he still not any response.
