Alan was fast to respond to questions, easy to deal with, communicated well, packed the pickups/pots/wiring very well, and shipped promptly. The two EMG pickups may have been a "mix and match" set (a 5-string neck pickup and a 4-string bridge pickup from different years), but they sound great together, just as he said. Very pleased and would gladly buy from him again...
