Sometimes things are easy and all is smooth, but sometimes circumstances out of our control make things complicated. In this case, things were complicated, but Dan proved himself to be completely trustworthy. UPS damaged the amp in shipping and then there was a failed component in the preamp. None of it was Dan's fault but he was willing to do even more than what was needed to make things right, and was easy to communicate with.
