2005 Warwick Thumb NT 5 string
Bubinga body
Ovangkol neck
Ebony fretboard
Just a nut III
Aguilar preamp, 3 band eq
Includes good condition non-branded hardshell case
Bass is very good condition. There are a few superficial markings/scratches that are highlighted with the Bright LED lighting. These are the type of markings/scratches you will not see unless you are closely inspecting with bright lights.
A Previous owner upgraded the nut to a Just a Nut III, and had an Aguilar preamp installed. I think it's an obp3? Mid knob is push pull, and I think is selectable mids. The volume push pull for active/passive does not work, however. It stays active all the time. Doesn't bother me any since I don't use passive, but I did find that out when I got it and want to be up front about it.
I love this bass. It is set up with medium low action, and plays very well. Sound is superb and on par with many other great Warwick thumbs. I bought this bass about 4 years ago, and have only used on 2 live gigs. I just get worried about gigging such a nice bass. So it has spent lots of time looking really cool on my wall in my mancave. I'm working on minimalism, and raising capital for a business venture. When things work out as planned, I will buy another thumb or P-Nut later on. But for now I'm gonna let this bird fly.
$2,050 paid via paypal, CONUS only. I am located southwestern Utah, just over 100 miles from Vegas area. Discount for local sale.
