Silk wraps, which strings are even vs staggered?

I recently bought a used like-new Yamaha RBX170. The salesguy was not sure if it was restrung or had stock strings but if it was restrung it was probably with Dunlops. I'd like to restring it mostly so I know what I am playing going forward.

The strings on it now have red silk at both ends and brass colored balls, however the tuner end wraps are staggered as if they were for a four in line headstock and the RBX has a two and two setup so the unwrapped portion of the G end up on the tuning peg. I probably shouldn't care but I do.

I have a $25 credit at said store and they sell Dunlop, DR, D'Addario, Ernie Ball, and GHS strings. Anyone know what sets might have even wraps? Long explanation short question, please forgive.

Edit: after looking at some images online it appears these are the stock strings, which Yamaha states are bought in bulk at the factory and not available for purchase. Dunno who makes them.

Dunlop, DR, and D'Addario don't have ANY wraps. That might be the way for you to go.

Rotosound have even silks. These are Nickel 66's:

Both Rotosound Stainless Swing Bass and GHS Boomers have Red wraps with brass ball ends. What is the sound of the strings like? Aggressive or more even toned? Aggressive sound is Swing Bass, more subdued is more like a GHS boomer. Can you tell the difference between nickle plated and stainless steel? My guess is GHS.. take a look at the picture of the progressives on the brubaker.

Well Yamaha says the stock strings are not available for sale, they get them in bulk, but they do look like the strings on the Brubaker. I don't have a camera but if you google the RBX170 the strings on mine look like the strings in the images on new guitars for sale.

I do not know how to tell stainless from nickel plate. When I was a guitar player I always used nickel strings, never stainless.

My tuners are plated not painted so I just be okay with the look of the unwrapped strings as well. It is the uneven look that bugs me. E string has wrap almost to the nut, A and D have wrap starting halwway up, and the G is barebup onto the tuner. I know i shouldn't care but I do.

This depends on the specific ghs set. Boomers are even as they have different strings for 36.5" and 38" for all the gauges. The progressives are a separate issue

But depending on the brand it is common for the E / B strings to be slightly shorter than the rest... LA Bella etc...
