There seem to be a lot of these videos. Does everyone in Russia turn on a camera every time they drive?

Someone told me they put the cameras on the dash to prove that pedestrian hit-and-run claims are fraudulent, because apparently a lot of people run out into traffic in order to get hit and then sue. It's probably tied in with their car insurance.

No wonder the Soviets have such strong gymnastics programs. They get all that training/practice through pedestrian evasion which is apparently common there.
