I own this bass for a couple of weeks, the Ash/maple one..
Original FGI (?) pickups are replaced by EMG, this bass sounds absolutely killer!.. Supertight B-string. The bass is very lightweight, a dream to play.

I found a couple of brochures 2000-2003 with a picture of this bass, thats it..

Did anyone own/play one of these?
There is hardly anything to find on the net...

This post is from long ago, but does anyone have any thoughts or information about this bass? I have a chance at one without being able to test drive it. It's surprising that there is absolutely nothing more to find on it now then there was in 2012 when the OP posted. I'm looking for any insights there are to be had. Thanks!
