After many years of enjoying our own forum it appears that after Friday 04-05-13 the Roscoe Forum will cease to exist.

A sad day for all of us Roscoeheads but on the positive side we'll be mingling a bit more with the rest of the bass world!

I figured that I'd start off this new era with a Roscoe Club thread where everyone can post pic's of their basses and talk Roscoe talk .......

Here's a picture of my 2 Roscoe's (you can view the spec's in my profile):

No pics, no basses (yet)! But, last week I ordered a Century Standard 5 fretless and a Century Standard 6 Plus fretted. This will be my first experience with Roscoe basses and I think I'm going to love them!

The top bass is a Century Standard Plus 5 Fretless - mahogany body, flame maple top, lined Diamondwood board, JB pup placement, Bartolini pups and pre.

The other is a Century Standard Plus fretted with a birdseye maple board, Koa top, swamp ash body, Bart pups and pre.

After trying different basses over the years, I've settled on an all Roscoe stable...they just seem to work for me.

Aside from taking delivery of the LG fretted brand new and picked up at Roscoe world headquarters in NC, the other two were snagged off TB owners at great pre-owned prices. I'm a lucky man :)
