Show your 5-string Precision!

Title says it all! Any brand- Fender, Sadowsky, Alleva-Coppolo, Valenti, Nordstrand, home-brew, etc.

I'm a P-Bass man, and I'm finding more and more that I like the low B. I'm looking for GAS-inducing pics of traditional-bodied Precision Basses, but all 5-string Precision-types are welcome!

(NOTE: Not a club; just wanted some pics to torture myself with!)

Sub'd, I'm torn between two different styles of bass for my next one, and a five string P is one of the two. Can't wait to see some GAS inspiring pics!

Here's an old photo of my workhorse:

I got that bass years ago and that photo was taken not long after I had it. Since then I upgraded the preamp to an Aguilar OBP3.

It's not a bass that blows you away but it is more than capable of handling ANY gig I can think of.

Absolutely agreed! Good idea man, I've already seen some of the coolest basses I've laid eyes on

And to think, I never really liked Fender style basses until like 9 months ago

I wasn't aware SD made Basslines for a 5 string P. Is this a custom order or do those basses made with extremely tight spacing?

He converts 4 string basses to 5 strings, so those are just 4 string pickups.

Mine (the Valenti P5) has been strung with D'Addario Chromes from the beginning.

I saw this thread this morning and snapped a quick photo of my MTD CRB.

34" 19mm passive P.
Doesn't look like a P, Doesn't feel like a P, but it sure does sound like a P.
