Epifani UL-410 Score!

Just scored a Epifani UL-410. Got it from MusiciansEnemy.com (just kidding). Anyway, it's brand new but a "blem". Funny part is, when I've bought blem items from them in the past, I never could find a mark on them. Hopefully this will be the same way and we all know it's a blem after the first gig anyway:p ! Man, a 57 lbs 4x10!!!!

Paid $977 + $19.99 shipping and they are having instant rebates right now, so I added a couple other items I needed to score the $150 rebate and I had a store credit with them for $75 that was given to me when they screwed up on something (free money).

Total cost on my new UL-410 = $772 including shipping after rebates and credit! Sorry to brag, but man I'm excited. I've been wanting one of these for a while and have been just waiting for the right deal and I think I found it!

:hyper: :hyper:

Great deal. Hope you enjoy the cab. I wonder if that's a picture of the older NYC cab, or if Nick is signing the UL speakers now that the NYC line is discontinued. No big deal either way... I always thought the signed speakers looked kind of cool.

That is just the stock picture that can still even be seen on epifani's website. For some reason they just won't take a picture of the UL410 without the sig on the speakers.

It is very possible that this cab you just bought is the one I just returned. I was given a full refund on it, so the didn't mention it was a blem, but still you never know. If it is, you are getting a killer cab in brand new condtion.

Here is how you will know if it is mine or not. When they come to you brand new, they are covered in an industrial plastic wrap, and have the warranty card attached to the handle with a plastic tie. When I returned it, I had already removed the warranty card, so I reattached it with a white string. Also, I went out an bought a thing of plastic wrap at my local store and wrapped the hell out of that cab so they would think I never even opened it. Whether that worked or not, I don't know, but they gave me a full refund so I'm happy.

so why did you return it?

I a/b'd it with two UL112s and decided that was more of my tone. Also, I love the fact that I can just bring one UL112 to rehearsals an quieter gigs, instead of lugging around the UL410 all the time. Don't get me wrong, the UL410 is a killer cab, but it just wasn't right for me at the current moment. I can definetly see myself owning one again in the future however.

HI

Hey, T. Yes, I did. Its simply the best combintion of cab and amp I've owned. Really cant say anything else than that. That being said, would really love a UL902c. LOL.

BTW, is there another type of Epifani cab I could pair with my UL3x10 and UL502 for larger gigs? Maybe a 2x10? I really dont know if anything makes sense to add to it and Im not sure if its recommended. Guess I'll get a hold of the company or start a thread in the amps section, myself. Anyone? or will it be overkill?
