In an attempt to defret me old Aria CSB-380 I decided to make a radius template so I could order the correct sanding block. This template matches the sanding block sizes offered by Stewart-McDonald and Luthiers Mercantile.
I figured I should share my hours of toiling in Photoshop. It's a PDF made from a 300dpi Photoshop file so it is a tad big but I didn't want any "jaggies" so I left it as is.
Another cool thing is that I made it so you could kind of copy the understring gauges offered by Stewart McDonald.
Obviously, they are only as good as you cut them so go slow and use a sharp pair of scissors.
