Hey guys,

I think this could potentially be a good idea.

I would like help compiling a thread, dedicated to specific soundclips of basses.

so, if you've got a youtube video, or a link to clips, post it here and I'll edit everything into one post (eventually)

Here is a little clip I recorded yesterday. I`m selling the bass so wanted a short sound clip for people to hear it.

Music Man StingRay (H) 5 string fretless tunes EADGC
EQ is all set to flat and the 3-way lever pickup selector in in the middle position which is only the #1 coil. No preamp or other eq, just plugged directly in the laptop.

I know the clip is not perfectly in pitch...which is why i`m selling the fretless... Just not my thing really.

Thanks alot :mad: Now I'm thinking that I need an F1 instead of my LMII. I also think my Aggy 210 sounds rather week and lacking punch. This thread could get expensive :D

I have a ton of videos using a variety of Elricks, but this one is the only one that's specifically meant to display the tone options- the rest are actual songs so they may not be ideal:

Great thread BTW! I've seen a small handful of others like this, but sadly with little participation. Hope this one becomes a go-to thread of sorts for checking what tones one can obtain with some of the gear we talk about so often on TB. Thanks again for the cool thread!
