I was lucky enough to welcome two new basses to the family this week - a '93 G&L L-2000 that I bought from fellow TB'er Kurisu (fantastic seller!) and a The Bass Company JT-400JJ I bought new straight from the source.
I've been on the lookout for a nice USA ash/maple L-2000 for awhile now, and when this one popped up in the classifieds, it was too good to pass up. I gotta admit that it's heavy, but to me the tone justifies it. Those of you who've played one know what I'm talking about.
And for my mini-review on the TBC, go here:

I couldn't be happier with both instruments!
Anyway, without further ado, pics....
L-2000
Those famous MFD's:
Maple fingerboard:
JT-400JJ
And the updated family portrait:
From left to right:
MTD Kingston Fretless
MTD Kingston Active
G&L L-2000
TBC JT-400JJ
Fender MIM Jazz
Now my only problem is deciding which one to play! Gotta love those budget basses!
Hopefully this will curtail the GAS for awhile....maybe
