Hey!
I recently bought an amp, that, unfortunately, got damaged in shipment.
The amp is oscillating (motorboating) when plugged in. I tried 2 different cabinets, different wall sockets, cables.. And it happens with absolutely no instrument plugged in. It happens even through the line out. Is it a capacitor problem?

Anyhow, I live in Nothern NJ (Passaic county) and I'm trying to find a tech that could fix it up, but I'm not even sure where to start, and the one place I did call quoted $100+~ which is a painful price considering how the amp itself cost about that much! (It's an Ashdown MAG 300H).
Any advice of where to go/what to do would be greatly appreciated.
I'd really hate to send the amp back to the seller. He's a really cool/supportive guy here, so we're trying to figure out how to get it fixed.
