finished two 5-strings

I finally finished these two guys. It seemed to take me forever ...
Somehow, I tend to think at some point that it is a good idea to build 2 basses at the same time, and will save me tons of time. Of course, neither seems to be the case :hmm:

They sound fabulous, and I'm very happy with both. The bubinga-one in particular, has got a low B that can make a grown man cry :bawl:

Had to do the right thing and become a supporting member ...

The inlay/binding was routed with a 0.060" cutter. A standard plastic binding fit just right.

My last name is italian, I'm swiss and Mutti means Mother in German :smug:

Yes, it is more like " mom". It's not like I've not heard every possible joke regarding my last name :smug:

I originally come from near Zurich, and by american standards that means very, very close to Zurich. In Switzerland, it means it's 2 towns over ...
