Well, I was over-budget for the month. About $10 at Ace and two hours with a drill and hand saw produced this 4U rack. All things considered, it turned out remarkably well. The front "rails" are recessed to protect knobs, but I thought I would put the compressor even further back for more protection. This was completely ******** as I can no longer operate it without bending over and looking into the rack at a very specific angle. Overall, though, I am satisfied.
