Legion Sound Bass cab 2 x 10 opinions?

I had one of thier 2x12 cabinets, and was very pleased with it. They're definitely BUDGET cabinets, but if it's cheap, I say go for it.

Went to Invalid Link Removed and a new one is $150+sh
If it has the Madison Knight speakers, it would be a good choice. If it has Madison Warriors, it will have a little more midrange, but will not go as deep.
Over the years, they (Madison/Legion Sound/Steelsound) have made 2x10 cabinets out of birch, plywood, OSB, and particle board. If it is particle board, it is still a solid cabinet, but the price should be lower.

Mint condition in box. I used it a few years, then my 3rd cousin twice removed on my mother.in.laws side used it a few years. The box has been under my bed the whole time.
