help on my old cort curbow.

Hi guys i just need some help

i have this discontinued Cort curbow 5 and some time last week, it seems the pre-amp was not working anymore.

is there a way i can buy this kind of pre-amp or have it fixed?

here is the picture of the pre-amp (there is no name on the pre-amp)

The cort curbow (if i recall correctly, i had one) has one pickup, a 3 band preamp, and a slap switch.

You might not be able to fix that preamp (and circuit boards are very hard to fix) but getting another preamp from EMG, Bartolini, Aguilar or Audere that matches the same knob layout (switching the slap switch for a active/passive) can probably be done rather easily.
