I dont know how!!! Im in the process of restoring this DB that I just bought for that
.I got 0 experience on DB building.. medium wood working skill
small work shop, few tools, and I am a full time slave on a big corporation Mo-Fr
and I have a demanding wife 
.I do love her by the way
.(Just so u know why sometimes my project take longer than Average
)
So being said that Im also post on Ken Smith Forum, where I have collected invaluable knowledge for the Luthiers and pros out there ..
About the Bass as far as I can tell you.. is a Czechoslovakian old bass some say its from 1940's some may be newest, fully carve 95% sure figured maple neck.. ¾ and I dont know nothing else about it
Right now Im in a hunt for a local Luthier who can shed some light on me!!!
