Excellent padding and protection.
Shipping not included.
You really have to be located close to Michigan for the shipping to be fairly reasonable.
Shipping has gotten really crazy.

I think the best place to get the inside dimensions are on the mfg. web site.
I could give you a rough measurement but the bag fits any 4-5 string Fender style bass.
