IBANEZ SR-300E-305E WiringI wouldn't think it does anything, going to empty pins. Maybe it does something on the 500E upwards. Those models have an EQ bypass and a mids EQ switch. -

My current #1. The best Fender Jazz I've ever played. Not sure what year model...it's stamped Made in Japan.
I prefer this era to the later Mexican models. I'm still undecided about the USA Geddy model...need to play a couple more of them (not a good sign!)
