I have that exact setup. Sounds incredible and weights like 20#. I actually have two of the One10's, but one gets my through most my gigs.

The OP said he would rather not get a sub. He is asking about PA cabs. In my opinion K series do not sound boxy, but I respect your opinion. You are certainly right in that PA cabs and bass cabs sound different.
