Sorry for the late reply. Yes it does not line up perfectly, but close enough that it dose not effect the sound.

I put a Guild DS-1 Bi-Sonic Bass Pickup I got from Best Bass Gear in my Ibanez ASB140 Artcore and the thing is now a beast!!!

This is my first post to TalkBass, still trying to figure this out. I have always loved the sound of Darkstar pickups and always wanted to put one in my Ibanez ASB140. The price of having one made is really out of my budget but, recently Best Bass Gear got these Guild DS-1 Bi-Sonic Bass Pickups...
