    lichtaffin- I agree that tons of possessions do cause stress. my girlfriend and I have spend a year purging and becoming more and more minimalist every day. it's a wonderful thing. I too put myself in debt over unnecessary gear

    slotting saddles

    if I need the action lower then what the saddles will go to, can I file the slots deep? or is shimming a better choice? are deep slots not recommended?

    so the consensus is bigger is better then smaller? I'm going to try to get them as close to size as possible but I don't have a million files, so I can get close but not perfect.
