    You’re correct. It looks like the truss rod cover is a fake, but the rest of the neck really throws me off

    If you zoom in closely on the photo just showing the neck details, you could see the truss rods accessible at the heel

    I don’t believe their the same, due to small inconsistencies between pictures. But if it is fake, it seems pretty dang convincing

    It’s certainly a frankenbass, that’s for sure. Would the missing serial number be a big red flag for you?
