    I use a Boss MS-3 on my bass pedalboard as a MIDI controller for the Source audio Neuro Hub system, for the MS-3 looper is as follows: L1 for Bass OFD, L2 for Manta Bass filter and L3 for Orbital modulator and for connections can be seen in the following picture
