I thougth about that too, but why put "B" after Swede in just that bass model? It was made in 74, so the swede bass wasnt that new or anything...One thing could be that they wanted to "separate" the Swede e-guitar from the swede bass, but none of the other swede basses has "b" after swede?

Hi! Im a proud owner of the "fastest playing neck in the world" book. I was looking up a Swede bass with the first numbers 53 914. It says that this model is called "Swede B". None of the other Swede basses or electrical guitars has the "B". Anyone know what this "B" stands for in this Swede...
