    It has more to do with them wanting a heavier overall sound. We just got some new PA speakers that we really needed, so I don't have to worry about keep my amp on such a short leash :)

    In preparation for our gig coming up this weekend, my bandmates asked if I could turn up the volume during practice this week. How often do you hear that?

    I was split between getting the 1x15 or 2x10. After quite a bit of reading and research I settled on the 2x10. I like the symmetry, and I think the 2x10 can move a little more air than the 1x15 (might be wrong on that). It's almost a pleasure moving my setup around.

    I suppose it's time to join the club. Bought a Rumble 500 Combo last year (March?), and picked up a 210 cabinet last month. I'm taking the full setup out for its first gig this coming Saturday.
