Tic tac bass is upright bass doubled with with a Bass VI (played with a pick, usually with some palm muting). According to Google, a baritone could also be used, but the tuning is different.
If you really want to make it perfect, remove it, plug the hole and re-drill, or simply drill a new hole just a couple millimeters closer to the nut.
Not recommended if you're not handy with a drill press and with general woodworking though.
