    I'm not worried as much about loudness as I am about it not farting out. Would the higher wattage ratings help that problem or is it the same answer? Thanks.

    I'm looking at the wattage rating of my cab now, and it says 600 watts, so i'm assuming each speaker is 100 watts. Most of the speakers i'm looking at, including the eminence speaker, are rated at 200 or 300 watts, putting the total at 1200 or 1800 watts. My amp head is 300 watts of tube power...

    Thanks for your responses. I was looking at the eminence speakers and I was wondering if they would help or fix the problem and if they (specifically the legend B102) would work with my 610 cabinet. -it's rated at 8 ohms impedance and handles 200W. Thanks.
