But do you have any idea of what it's worth? It's got a good straight neck. It's well aged but in totally good condition.

I've got a 1971 Fender Jazz Bass with an Ash body and Maple neck. The electrics need to be replaced, pickups pots wiring...... It's got unoriginal machine heads and a Badass bridge. How much do you think it's worth? Offers please?

PS. Some people are saying the Jaguar Bass is a bit heavy. That's why I'm getting rid of my Fender Jazz. The Jazz is 11.4 lbs. Does anyone have an issue with the weight of the Jaguar. One guy said his Jaguar is 10lbs. Is that true?

Thanks Lug. I saw one instance where someone said the noise in their Jaguar was caused by a dodgy preamp in which case it had to be replaced by Fender. I wonder would your warranty be void if you had already done the shielding job? I'm hoping to buy a Jaguar soon, but I want to be prepared if...
