Thank-you all for your ideas! I love the functionality and frugality of a simple non-slip drawer liner, but I decided I needed a little more pizzazz, so I bought this fake grass door mat and cut it to size. It just occurred to me that being that it's Easter I should have hidden some eggs around it.

@agedhorse , you're the pro. Will the vibration harm the head over time if I use something thin, like a drawer liner? Would it be better to invest in an anti-vibration pad like something similiar to this? Anti-Vibration Pad
