How do I keep my head from vibrating off my cab?

Hello all!
I recently picked up a Mesa D800+ w/ a Subway 410 cab. If you know, then you know, this amp head is ridiculously light and the cab is ridiculously thunderous. At my first practice w/ it, our drummer quickly pointed out that the head was vibrating off the cab.
I'm curious to know what creative solutions ya'll have for this dilemma?
(the head isn't rack mountable, without some aftermarket nonsense)

A folded up towel or t-shirt works fine. For a slightly more elegant look, a slab of charcoal-gray convoluted acoustical foam.
If you want to be completely over-the-top, a slab of 1lb/sq.ft limp mass vinyl layered on top of the aforementioned slab of acoustical foam.

I use rubber tool drawer liner from the local hardware store. Fairly cheap and easy to source.
Yup, easy, cheap and effective. Same for thin yoga mat, bar mat, etc.

More importantly, have you asked the cat?

Used skb, sanding sponges from harbor freight, velcro from home depot, and some time.

Google "Posey Grip". It's a non-slip rubberized mesh which is used for placemats, wheelchair seats, etc. You can probably find it at WalMart, Target in the kitchen / housewares section.

If your cabinet is shaking like the San Andreas fault, I would do a cut & sweep on my amp / PEQ to attenuate the culpable frequencies.
