Where are you located and do you play mostly pizz or arco?

The roman numeral designation should decribe how the chord functions. You can't call it a secondary dominant unless it resolves to the chord it stands in dominant relation to. As stated above since it resolves downward you should use bVI and consider it an altered form of a vi chord.
