Took my PF50T and my Ampeg 210 flip top to a gig last week. We did a quick sound check and after the sound guy said, "great tone but could you turn it down a bit." Guess I don't have to worry about having enough volume to compete with a full band!

Sounds like the Soundman wasn't putting enough bass into either the mains or the monitors...and your band may need to turn down! ;>

I've been using that combo for gigs with my Americana group all summer....Sounds amazing and provides a lot of bottom! Never had a problem with having enough ooomph!

I'm in Northern California where its generally dry...perhaps it was the use of Rotosound flats. I think they might have been a bit too heavy...just went back to Blue Steel mediums.

Congrats! I'm not sure about other folks, but I find I regularly have to adjust the neck to keep it buzz free...about a quarter turn at most. I think it's a seasonal thing.

Ha..those are my two main basses lately since my 50t arrived...I've been using a walnut 4003sw and a deluxe P bass. I've got a Jack Cassady Epiphone with flats I need to bring to the party! Great tones!

I flipped my 50T into my PF115 last weekend and took it to finish a recording my band is working on. I think the case is much better protection for transport. I have a padded Tuki case for the speaker cabinet. The engineer plugged into the amp and told me I had to bring anytime I recorded...

Fits just fine....and for what its worth, it looks just like the pic you posted above. Is this a non-problem?

My PF-50T arrived this morning! Only 3 months after I first ordered it from my "Friend" who couldn't seem to get my order on a truck! Thanks to American Music Supply, 24 hours after my order I've got it up and running and y'all were right, this thing is a tone monster!
