Early Eden WT-800- looking for more info

Hi All, I just acquired an Eden WT-800 that dates to March 21, 1994. It's in exceptionally clean condition and has been studio-housed since new. I am looking for some history of this amp model to discern if it's actually an "A" version and when the amp was first issued by Eden. It's my...

    Need assistance identifying my Tobias

It's got an 18- volt Bartolini system in it. Jesus, why is it so hard to figure these basses out? I did call Gibson, and of course, the guy said "that serial number is not in our system". Screw me running up a flagpole...

    Need assistance identifying my Tobias

Hi All, I hope I'm posting in the right location. I recently bought a 5- string Tobias, but for the life of me, I cannot find a definitive year/ model, etc. identifying site. It would also be nice if there was a place that could tell me what wood was used, fretboard material, etc. If anyone...

They are the only only Heavy Metal band to have an album debut at #1 on the Billboard charts. They definately had their moment and although Rex is not John Paul Jones, he was deep...

    Rex Brown's 1988 Charvel

Hello Guys, I'm the "bass half" of GrinningElk Music. If those basses look halfway decent, it's because I spent hours and I literally mean hours cleaning and detailing them and their cases. I don't think they were ever wiped down the whole time Rex played them and they were pretty funky when...

The Official "Show your basses" Thread - Return to the Octagon

Here's a picture from one corner of the office- the Charvel Star bass is gone, but another Charvel Explorer bass took its place. The Rickys are all from '71- '73. The Jazz basses are mid 70's and my favorite is the Inca Silver B00 Stingray.

Hey Guys and Gals, My name's Ray Mauldin and I'm the "bass half" of GrinningElk Music Co. just outside Atlanta, Ga. This forum has gotten me into trouble with the boss/wife for keeping me in the office, looking through the pages so I've become a sponsor and hope to make some great new friends...
