That is why. I was thinking of just changing everything. I saw someone that has a Q5 but he installed a Nord Dc5 and a nord preamp. Im sure it sounds bloody amazing. Mine is 18 volt btw. Does nordy has a 18volt preamp?

You guys are awesome. One more thing, would it be better too if i changed the preamp for the q5 to a nordstrand preamp? Many thanks for the answers. :-D

Hey man, thanks for the reply. Mine is a EMG. Im not sure what preamps though. There is 4 knobs and two are stacked. 18volt though. Sound is massive from the Emg but i am a nordstrand pickups fan. Heh. So would u think a Nord DC would fit in?
