Hello all I have a pilot that from what I can tell is an 88 serial # is BE103079 I absolutely love this bass! I've been doing a lil research and maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but how do you tell if its a 602 or 603 and what are the differences between them?

So I almost feel like I'm asking a taboo question here but here it goes. I'm a new comer to the bass I have an 88 guild pilot 4 string I'm not exactly sure of the scale from what I've read its nut to 12 x 2 which puts me at 34 1/2 which I'm not sure if that's 34 or 35 cause I haven't seen any...
