DOD Meatbox with a small amp

I recently got a DOD Meatbox reissue. I noticed a big volume drop when engaging it. I assume this is because I can't hear the low frequencies coming through my small bass combo? I assume because I'm running a regular instrument cable I don't have a TRS Y-cable to try this, but if I run only the...

    Way huge Pork and Pickle

Great!, Thanks.. I didn't want to force anything. I also want to see what's shaking around inside. I'm thinking it's got to be the battery connector.

    Way huge Pork and Pickle

I didn't realize they revised the enclosure. I have the "smalls" version. It has no feet, no battery trap door on the front and only 3 screws, 2 on the bottom front and one on the back just under the power input jack.

    Way huge Pork and Pickle

I want to open up the Pork & Pickle to adjust the internal trimpots. Is it only the 3 screws? I took the 3 screws out but the enclosure doesn't want to open? Does it need to be pryed off with a screwdriver? I'm not sure if I have to take off all the knobs to open it up?

Klon and Blues Driver OD types on bass

I also have a Tim and a Nobels ODR1 that I use on a guitar pedalboard. I imagine these would work too. Both are transparent OD's that retain their lows.

Klon and Blues Driver OD types on bass

I Use a Wampler Tumnus Deluxe for mildly overdriven sounds. It's very transparent and can be used as an always on pedal or a boost. Higher gain settings sound great too. I can't speak for the mini but the deluxe has a bass knob that I usually set at 1 oclock with no bass loss whatsoever.

I'm only using going midi out of the ES5 sending midi PC# changes to my 4 Strymon pedals. Things were working ok, and now all of a sudden the midi channels I have assigned to each of the Strymon pedals are not saving into the patches. They keep changing to different channel #'s. Any clue why...
