This gives a rough idea of the arch before shaping the bracing . The bracing is perfectly flat at this point (as you can see there is a gap running under bracing. and the too had been carved with a mild arch and has been pushed slightly more than pictured once I carved the braces.

Maybe nearer to 18mm lol. I don't have any pictures of the angle to show arch and am on holiday . So I'm completely guessing how much of an arch it has!

Many thanks for the advice. Such a great place to get useful tips and suggestions. It is an archtop. The arch is mild though . I would say the centre is only just over 28mm taller than the edge but I curved all the braces to same arch before glueing them in. Don't know if this affects the type...

Thank you for the compliment :) it's been a real joy. Getting a straight edge to join to top and back was the most tedious part. One side took seconds to get straight on the top , the other seemed to take over an hr of taking slithers and still seeing light against a straight rule! The bracing...

Not sure on fish man prices in states but I've been told that they are a lot more expensive than competitors of equal quality . Unfortunately I've not been given any names of these competitors .
