    I am working on a couple of bass builds . I am using a bridge and a tail piece on one of them . The tail piece can either be a through piece or use it as a tail piece. Which way would you go ? Through body or not ? If so , will ferrules be enough to hold the strings ? Flying V's some are through...

    First post , am I beating a dead horse ?

    The more I read and research , the more muddy the field becomes. I am open to all options . I have been looking at an Ashdown cmt 15 or a Little Bastard . I am trying to go towards a tube amp but that is not set in stone . Suggestions are most definitely welcome . Help me not spend my money...
