eventhough Ska doesn't seem to be 'alive and kicking' who cares? anyhow, when we started (and we still have), problems were everywhere concerning rehearsal, seeing as everybody had different schedules, I'd suggest fixing set dates for rehearsal, with us, there was almost always a hornplayer...
